We’re Paying It Forward
Our standard VIP Day rates reflect the high-level, transformative experience we deliver. Typically, our Voxer VIP Day is $3,500, our Video VIP Day is $6,000, and our In-Person VIP Day is $15,000.
However, through Leaders Lifting Leaders™, we are committed to closing the access gap for multicultural executives and entrepreneurs who are ready to elevate their influence and impact. As part of this initiative, we’ve chosen to temporarily reduce our VIP Day rates to make coaching more accessible.

You will work directly with ICV’s Founder and/or President, depending on your specific goals. In some cases, we may bring in other expert coaches to round out your experience based on your selected focus area.
02. How is the VIP Day structured?
The day is designed around your selected focus area. Whether you choose Voxer, Video, or In-Person coaching, you’ll have 8 hours of focused time to address your key challenges and develop an actionable plan.
03. What happens during the Onboarding Questionnaire?
We begin with an onboarding questionnaire to gain an understanding of your challenges and selected focus area. Your responses help us create a personalized coaching experience and assemble a coaching team tailored to your selected focus area.
04. What kind of results can I expect?
By the end of your VIP Day, you’ll have a roadmap with practical actions to move forward. This experience is designed to provide valuable insights and strategies for leaders ready to take decisive action in their personal and professional journeys.
05. What kind of follow-up support is included?
You’ll receive a 30-minute follow-up in the form of an audio or video response. Approximately 2 weeks after your VIP Day, you will receive an invitation to submit questions or updates, and we’ll respond with personalized guidance to help you continue making progress. This ensures you receive targeted support without the need for a live, extended session.
