Coaching Policy

At InterCultural Voices™, we are committed to delivering high-quality resources and services to support your business journey. We understand that clarity and transparency in our coaching policy are essential, so we’ve outlined the details below for both private coaching sessions and The Profit & Purpose Coaches Collective.

Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching services, including those offered within The Profit & Purpose Coaches Collective, are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Results may vary based on individual circumstances, including background, experience, level of effort, and market conditions.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or success. No refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with outcomes or results, as we cannot control how you implement and apply the strategies and materials provided.

Client Responsibilities

Whether you’re participating in private coaching or The Profit & Purpose Coaches Collective, your active participation is essential. Clients are expected to:

• Engage fully in sessions and community activities.
• Prepare for sessions and complete any assignments or action items.
• Contribute to the community with respect, professionalism, and an open mind.

Rescheduling Policy for Private Coaching

• Clients may reschedule their VIP Day session up to two times, with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the session will not be accepted, and failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the session or rescheduling fees.

Membership Policy for The Profit & Purpose Coaches Collective

Membership Term

• Membership in The Profit & Purpose Coaches Collective is a monthly commitment, with payments automatically processed on the same date each month.
• There is no prorating or partial refunds for unused time if you choose to leave mid-month.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your membership at any time with 7 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.
• If cancellation is received less than 7 days before the next billing cycle, you will be charged for the upcoming month, and your membership will remain active until the end of that billing period.
• Rejoining after cancellation may require a re-enrollment fee or waitlist, based on program capacity.

Participation Policy

• Consistent participation is key to achieving your goals. Members who are inactive for more than 30 days without notice may be removed from the community to maintain an engaged and dynamic space.
• Active participation in monthly co-working sessions, live Q&A, and group discussions is encouraged to maximize the value of your membership.

Intellectual Property Notice

All materials, resources, and frameworks provided within private coaching or The Profit & Purpose Coaches Collective are the intellectual property of Profitable Empires™. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing a VIP Day Coaching or enrolling in The Profit & Purpose Coaches Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these disclaimers and policies.
